Baby's Complexion

Your baby's complexion depends purely on you and your husband's genes.A healthy eating can improve the complexion of babies..Elder's advice is to add  1 or 2 strands of saffron to a glass of milk and drink it for fair complexion.There is no evidence to support this. If you are using it ,for a safer side use it after the first trimester (after 12 weeks)of pregnancy.Consuming large amount of saffron can cause contractions

The 10th,11th,12th ,13th and 14th day in a  28 days period cycle are  best fertile days for conception.The 14th day is the ovulation day,the most fertile day.

The 10th,11th and 12th day are best for conceiving a baby girl .The 13th,14th and 15th day are best for conceiving a baby boy.

At conception gender is determined by chromosome characteristics,and it will be the male's  sperm that dictates whether the baby will be boy or girl.

There is no 100% guarantee that you will be able to conceive  a boy or girl .No matter what gender your child ends up being,the important thing is  you should have a healthy baby.Just try it and leave everything in god's hand.

Implantation bleeding

Implantation Bleeding is a vaginal discharge which usually contains a small amount of pinkish or brownish blood.It can happen on average between 6-12 days past ovulation.A small discharge of  blood is ok but no heavy bleeding  and blood clots during implantation bleeding.

2)Raw or under cooked meat,poultry,seafood or eggs
3)Alcoholic drinks
4)Fish containing higher  levels of mercury like king mackerel,shark,orange roughy ,tile fish or sword fish(I think consuming very limited quantity is ok)
5)Cut down on caffeine(coffee,tea,cola etc) and junk food

The most advicable position for conceiving a baby boy is rear entry position and for a girl is missionary position.This is only a suggestion,may not be 100% true.No matter what gender your child ends up being,the most important thing is that they are healthy.

You can boost your chances of conceiving by staying in bed for sometime after having sex ,preferably on your back with your hips raised on a pillow.
