 Fenugreek leaves,radish leaves,spinach,peas,corn,cauliflower,green pepper,beetroot,mustard greens,lady's  finger.,sweet potato,cabbage, brussels sprouts,asparagus,bok choy,tomato,celery


Fruits
Oranges,strawberries,bananas,cantaloupe melons,raspberries,peaches,avocado,kiwi

Nuts
Almonds,cashewnuts,peanuts,walnuts,sesame seeds
