1) Eat lots of vegetables and fruits especially green lettuce,broccoli,spinach etc
2) Exercise regularly especially swimming is very good,but avoid over exercises

5) Avoid extreme hot,extreme stress,smoking,tight pants
6) Keep your body well hydrated by drinking lots of water daily
7) Load upon foods that contain Omega-3 fatty acids
